Terms and conditions

These terms describe the intended commercial relationship for Attanda's services. They do not replace the privacy policy.

These terms describe the current Attanda OS service. Project specific commercial terms are agreed separately and should be legally reviewed before use.

Attanda designs, configures and operates managed AI system components for agreed business workflows.

The exact scope, deliverables and implementation plan are agreed separately for each engagement.

Attanda is intended for professional and business use. You may use the services only on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.

You must not use Attanda to break applicable law, infringe third party rights, distribute harmful content or interfere with the service or its security.

You remain responsible for the instructions, content and connected systems you provide.

You are responsible for confirming that the data, permissions and integrations you provide may lawfully be used for the agreed purpose.

You must keep account and integration credentials secure and promptly tell Attanda about suspected unauthorised access.

Each party retains ownership of its existing intellectual property. Rights in project specific work are defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Readiness results are planning signals based on the answers submitted. The deterministic score is calculated by fixed rules. Any AI generated narrative explains the result but does not change that score.

A Readiness result is not an audit, certification, legal advice, financial advice or a guarantee of a business outcome.

Services may connect to third party systems selected by you. Their availability, terms and data handling practices remain subject to their own agreements and controls.

Attanda configures integrations only within the permissions and scope agreed with you.

Service availability, maintenance arrangements and change procedures are agreed for each engagement. Attanda may update the service where this is necessary for security, legal requirements or technical operation.

Attanda applies safeguards appropriate to the agreed service. You are responsible for the security of systems, accounts and users under your control.

Termination rights, notice periods and handover obligations are defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Any limitation of liability must be agreed in the applicable contract and only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this scaffold creates a liability limitation.

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The applicable version and effective date must be identified in the completed terms.
